Growing up Italian, food was like a member of the family. Everything, I mean everything was an excuse to eat. No sooner did one meal finish than preparations began on what comes next. For some, this obsession with food is a bit overwhelming. For us, this is what it means to be Italian. Like so many of you, we learned at an early age there was something deeply fulfilling about cooking for those we cared about and took great pride in how we prepared meals. It's these wonderful memories that drive our passion to celebrate the past while fearlessly innovating for the future.
