This one definitely earned the title of Mama G’s most challenging catering job to date! 😂
And the funny part? It was a DROP-OFF LUNCHEON. You’d think: cook it, pack it, drop it off, done. Ohhhh no. 😂
Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Vegan. Vegetarian. Sugar-free. No seed oils. No oranges. Corn sensitivity. And several combinations of the above. 😅
Every specialty meal had to be planned, prepared, packaged and labeled separately — while still making sure everyone received something delicious.
Mama G’s is always happy to accommodate whenever I can, but THIS is exactly why caterers charge what they do. Sometimes the smallest-looking catering job requires the biggest amount of behind-the-scenes work!
I survived. Everyone got fed. And I’m pretty sure I earned an honorary degree in dietary restrictions. 😂
