ROOSTER HAS ARRIVED! 🐾

There's a new guy ruling the roost at Mikey & Me, and he's ready to steal some hearts! ❤️

This handsome, 65-pound bundle of love is just 1–2 years old, and he's got the personality to match his unforgettable name!
Rooster is the kind of guy who has never met a stranger. He loves making new friends, gets along well with other dogs, and believes that personal space is overrated. 😂 ❤️

In fact, one of his favorite things to do is stand up and give you a BIG Rooster hug! 🤗

🐓 Age: 1–2 years young
🐾 Breed: Mixed Breed
❤️ Personality: Sweet, loving, friendly, and full of charm!
🎾 Favorite activities: Playing ball, having fun, and spending time with his people
🐶 Dog-friendly: Yes! He enjoys his canine friends.
🤗 Special talent: Giving the BEST hugs!

Rooster is already neutered, fully vaccinated, and may even be potty trained! He's also done well on his recent physical exam.

🚨 CUTENESS OVERLOAD AT MIKEY & ME! 🚨

Everyone, meet BLUEY, one of the newest (and fluffiest!) members of our Mikey & Me family!

This handsome little gentleman is approximately 2–3 years old, weighs 40 pounds, and appears to be a Corgi mix. And can we talk about that fur?! We're talking SOFT AS COTTON! ☁️ 🐶

But Bluey isn't just a pretty face. He's got a personality that's just as sweet as his fluffy coat!
🌳 Bluey's idea of a perfect day?
A leisurely nature walk, some quality time exploring the play yard, a little fresh air, and plenty of love from his favorite humans. Sounds like the perfect date to us! 💙

🐶 Breed: Possible Corgi mix

Some things in life are just a little sweeter… and today, it’s MOCHA’s happily ever after! ☕❤️

Our sweet, fun-loving girl has officially found her forever family, and we couldn’t be happier for her! 🏡🐶

Mocha has brought so much personality, love, and joy to everyone who has gotten to know her. From her playful spirit to her sweet snuggles, she’s the kind of girl who leaves paw prints on your heart. 🐾

Now it’s her turn to enjoy all the love, adventures, cozy naps, and endless belly rubs that come with having a family of her very own!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who loved Mocha, cared for her, and helped her along the way. And to her new family, thank you for giving this special girl the happy ending she deserves. 💚

🎉🐾 TEDDY FOUND HIS FOREVER HOME! 🐾🎉

Our sweet, silly, energetic Teddy has officially hit the FOREVER FAMILY JACKPOT! 💚😭

Teddy is heading home to everything we could have hoped for—a Pittie sister to be his new best friend AND two human siblings to love, play with, and grow up alongside! 🐶👧🧒

For a boy with so much love and personality to give, this feels like the perfect ending to his Mikey & Me chapter…and the very beginning of his best adventure yet. 🥹

Teddy, we hope your days are filled with Pittie snuggles, sibling shenanigans, endless playtime, and the kind of love that makes you wonder how you ever lived without each other. 💚

🐾 SONIC FOUND HIS HOME! 🏡💚

This one has us a little emotional. 🥹

Sonic has been waiting for his person for a long time. Along the way, he’s learned, grown, gained confidence, and reminded us over and over again just how special he is.

And now… the wait was worth it. ❤️

We are SO excited to share that Sonic has finally found the perfect fit and is officially HOME! 🎉🐶

To his amazing foster parents Evie & Rick, every volunteer, supporter, trainer, dog walker, and friend who spent time with Sonic, encouraged him, shared his posts, loved him, and helped him become the amazing dog he is today — thank you. It truly took a village to get this sweet boy to his happily ever after.

Some dogs find their families quickly. Others just need a little more time for the right people to find them.

Sonic, your people finally found you. 💚

It’s one of our FAVORITE days at Mikey & Me — PACK WALK DAY! 🐶💚

There’s nothing better than watching our pups get out of the rescue, stretch their legs, sniff ALL the smells, explore new surroundings, and enjoy a little adventure with their favorite humans! 🐕🌳

Pack walks aren’t just fun — they give our dogs a chance to decompress, socialize, practice their leash skills, and simply enjoy being a dog. ❤️

Because every rescue pup deserves a day out on the town! 💚
