Next time you're driving around the countryside check out all the corn growing and keep in mind approximately 95% of what you're seeing is GMO and typically produced with petroleum based fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides.

Only about 0.3% of US corn is Certified Organic. Yes less than half of 1 percent

We use zero sprays, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and fumigants.

Just healthy soil, manure, and mechanical w**d control

At first I thought the answer was Zero because the popper was completely empty.

Then I heard some rattling in the bowl and found 12 unpopped kernels in the bottom.

The Bloody Butcher trial is producing some interesting results

Monster size red ears with small amethyst & gold ears randomly mixed in

With open pollinated corn sometimes you get mixed results 🤷‍♀️

It's all delicious and will be an excellent choice for milling and distilling

The first of our 2027 crop is hitting the dirt today.

Organic Soft White Wheat with a relay crop of Organic Red Clover's getting planted

This is prime winter wheat planting time in Central Michigan. It should get off to a solid start before winter hits.

Once the wheat comes off next July the red clover will take over and add nitrogen and organic matter back into the soil.

This mass of clover can replace about half of our following corn crop's fertilizer needs

This is truly REAL regenerative in action.

No toxic seed treatments, sprays, or petroleum based synthetic fertilizers.

Just plants, animals, and old tractors pulling steel 💪

Organic Stone Ground Buckwheat Flour

You probably won't find this old fashioned staple at your local grocery store

Our traditional dark Buckwheat flour is naturally gluten free and full of antioxidants

Since Buckwheat is a seed and not actually a member of the wheat family, it doesn't contain gluten

The flour is ground using the whole buckwheat seed - dark outer hull, white inside resulting in a gray salt and pepper style flour.

One important thing to keep in mind - often times non-organic dry beans are sprayed with a "Harvest Aid" just before combining. That means herbicides like glyphosate and paraquat get sprayed on finished beans. Article from the experts in comments.
