I am scheduled for unexpected surgery. Any offerings or orders are, at this point today, Dec 1 and or after.

My last day at the North Beach Farmers market I offered Honey Roasted Almonds with Coconut, White and Dark Chocolate.
It sold out in minutes.
I’m thinking of offering this for the Holidays.

Just a quick heads up and hopefully by Friday afternoon everything will be wonderful! Well, ok, maybe not.
On Wednesday I began having serious problems with my car
( such timing- the air conditioning stopped functioning) I spent the day attempting to arrange solutions and repairs.
Well, nothing is as easy as we would like it to be.
I thought I handled it.
I had an appointment and waited.
The saving grace and good news about the morning is I had wonderful and totally unexpected conversations with two other very people who were also waiting for their cars (the details are for another day).
Anyway the end of morning is they don’t have the part needed. It was ordered, but
would not arrive today, Thursday. They said Friday and I certainly hope so.

Granola on my mind! Making a larger quantity of Pistachio Tahini in an attempt to satisfy all those who want it.
And now Granola Bars in the oven. Not finished yet but working on it.
This week’s Pistachio Blast maybe the last.So far I am still unable to obtain ingredients due to the tariffs blocking imports. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Fully stocked but the weather for Saturday seems unpredictable. They’re saying Thunderstorms in the morning.
If the weather is severe and prevents me coming to the market know that you are welcome to come here for my products.

I’m only roughly 10 minutes away from the NB Farmers market.
I fully intend on being there but I am not fond of lightening.
