It's time for our Annual Ice Cream Social! What better way to celebrate the last day of school and kick off summer vacation than with a sweet treat on us?

Join us at Beach 3 on Wednesday, June 17th at 2 PM for ice cream, smiles, and the perfect kickoff to summer vacation. We can't wait to see you there!

We’ll have the burgers and hot dogs covered.
Come hang out, meet new neighbors, reconnect with old friends, enjoy great food and soak in an incredible sunset together. There’s just something special about summer nights by the water with good company.

Paddle Boat Owner Needs To Empty or Remove!!

SECOND REQUEST!! Whoever owns the paddle boat that is sitting at Beech for we are again asking you to dump it out and clean it and stand it up OR remove it all together. The standing water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and it’s an eyesore! If you know who this boat belongs to, please reach out to them as they may not be on FB.

Due to safety hazards and property damage, motorized recreational vehicles (4-wheelers/ATVs/Quads/Dirt Bikes) are strictly prohibited on all community fields and beach areas.
