As another season at the Chesterfield County Farmers Market comes to a close, our hearts are incredibly full. ❤️
For the past five years, this market has been so much more than a place for us to set up a table and sell our products. It has become a community, a place where customers have become familiar faces, and familiar faces have become friends.
To every person who has stopped by our booth, purchased from us, encouraged us, shared a laugh with us, brought a friend back to meet us, or simply stopped to say hello, thank you. You are such a big part of the Be Salt & Light journey, and we truly could not have done this without you.
We are also incredibly grateful to Chesterfield County for continuing to provide a place where local small businesses and makers can come together, share what we create, and connect with our community. And to our wonderful market manager, thank you for all the work, heart, and dedication that goes into making this market what it is.
And then there are the friendships we’ve made along the way, with fellow vendors, county staff, and so many of you. Those relationships are one of the greatest gifts these past five years have given us.
So as we pack up from another season, we do it with grateful hearts. ❤️
Five years. Countless memories. So many friendships. And some of the most wonderful customers a small business could ever ask for.
