Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us why we do this.

From catering a private event to serving up dinner at Bainbridge Apartments, it was a long day, a lot of food, and a whole lot of happy customers. We are beyond grateful for every event, every order, and every person who chooses to support our little food trailer.

The days are long, but seeing people enjoy what we create makes it all worth it.

Thank you for having us. We’ll keep switching it up.
