I had a slice today with fresh ricotta, tomato, and olive oil, and it was absolutely incredible — simple, fresh, and full of flavor.

✨ Looking Ahead to the New Year at Nonna’s Noodles ✨

As the hustle and bustle of Christmas settles, we’re already busy behind the scenes planning what’s next. Be on the lookout for our New Year menu, coming soon!

Starting in the New Year, we’ll also be introducing a Special of the Week — featuring things like homemade gnocchi, meatballs, arancini, fresh bread, and other Italian favorites. Lots of new and delicious things to look forward to. 🍝

We’re also hard at work on our Valentine’s Menu, which will be released February 1st ❤️ — perfect for celebrating with someone you love.

Plus, we’ll be sharing some fun videos along the way, so stay tuned!

We hope everyone is settling in and enjoying a little calm after the holidays. We’ll be talking soon — and we can’t wait to feed you in the New Year.
