Smokey Ridge Meats USDA Processing plant with a retail store front. We offer USDA or WA State slaughter, cut and wrap processing. All Game processing available.

Smoke processing for ham, bacon, jerky, pepperoni, and sausages available year around. Game permits needed for all wild game meat processing.

We are happy to incorporate Olsen Farms with Smokey Ridge Meats. Olsen Farms offers grass fed black angus beef, natural raised pork, and grass fed lamb without any added hormones. Their products are available thru Smokey Ridge, the Spokane Open Farmers Market, and 16 Farmers Markets in the Seattle area.
