Banana Bread with Walnuts

Ingredients:

* 4 ripe bananas, crushed

* 1 cup of brown sugar

* 1/2 cup butter, melted

* 2 eggs

* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

* 1 teaspoon of baking powder

* 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

* 1/4 teaspoon of salt

* 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a bread mold.

2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the brown sugar and melted butter.

3. Add the eggs and mix well.

4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Perfect for chocolate lovers! This cake is rich, gooey, and melts in your mouth! 😍



🎂 Cake Ingredients:
• 1 cup (200g) sugar
• 3/4 cup (180ml) vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
• 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt



🍫 Brigadeiro Topping (Frosting):
• 1 can (14 oz / 395g) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp butter
• 100ml heavy cream (or milk, for a lighter version)
• Chocolate sprinkles (as much as you like!)



🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and flour a rectangular baking dish.

2. Mix wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk.

3. Sift and combine dry ingredients:
In another bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

4. Bake the cake:
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool.



🍯 Make the Brigadeiro Frosting:

1. In a non-stick saucepan, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, and heavy cream.
2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly (about 10–12 minutes). It should coat the back of a spoon but still be pourable.
3. Pour the warm brigadeiro mixture over the cooled cake.

12 ounces bow tie (farfalle) pasta

1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy, casings removed if needed)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (with juice)

1/2 cup heavy cream (or use half-and-half for a lighter version)

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook Sausage:
In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Remove sausage and set aside.

3. Sauté Veggies:

4. Add Tomatoes & Cream:

5. Combine:
Add the cooked bow tie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Heat through for another 1–2 minutes.

12 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust for spice preference)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
