🍑🍠 **SWEET POTATO PEACH COBBLER** — A Southern Twist on a Classic!

Tender sweet potatoes and juicy peaches baked under a golden caramelized topping. This unique cobbler combines two southern favorites into one unforgettable dessert! 😍🔥

**INGREDIENTS:**
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced (drained if canned)
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

**DIRECTIONS:**
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil cubed sweet potatoes 10–12 min until just fork-tender. Drain.
2️⃣ Toss sweet potatoes & peaches with half the sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Spread into a greased baking dish.
3️⃣ Whisk flour, remaining sugar, baking powder & salt together. Stir in milk & vanilla until smooth.
4️⃣ Pour batter evenly over the sweet potatoes & peaches.
5️⃣ Drizzle melted butter over the top.
6️⃣ Bake 40–45 min until golden brown & bubbly around the edges.
7️⃣ Let cool slightly. Serve warm, with ice cream if desired! 🙌
