Here's a nice addition to your #Cinco festivities.
Here's a tip for leftover `Carnitas` ...pull the meat apart as if you were pulling chicken off a bone, add just enough warm salted water or veggie stock to moisten the meat. Sprinkle the moistened meat with some of our Signature Seasoning, enough to give the meat a warm reddish color. At this point, add some of your favorite BBQ sauce and fold it into the meat. Now..put the mixture into a 325F oven covered tightly with aluminum foil until heated thru. About 15 minutes per 1/2lb of meat. Congratulations my friend, you've successfully made a quick variation of Pulled Pork. Tip: Adding some cold butter knobs into the mix before placing in the oven will make it all that much better.

Bound to happen. We've done this as a compound butter with lemon zest, a hint of lemon juice & sriracha. We then finished some slow roasted Rattlesnake Blend chicken wings by tossing the wings in a bowl with the butter, immediately after taking them out of the oven. Hint: buy good butter.
