For coconut curries that are richer, sweeter, and creamier than ever, you should seriously try mixing in el P's original coconut milk.

Don't believe us? Taste what me mean by trying out the recipe down below.

El Palmar Coconut Shrimp Curry

Ingredients:

1 tbs coconut oil
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 tbs fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs Thai red curry paste
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb bok choy, chopped
1 3/4 cup el P original coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro
Cooked white rice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pepper, ginger, garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant
2. Add curry paste and cook for another minute. Stir in milk, salt, and pepper
3. Bring mixture to a simmer. Once simmering, add shrimp and bok choy and cook for 5 minutes
4. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro and lime juice
5. Top on pre-made rice and enjoy!
