The owners, Luca Bellavia and Mattia Carelli, were born and raised in the Italian country side with the values of fresh and organic ingredients at their table. Beca Imports specializes in the importation of fine Italian organic products and is focused on finding the best of Italian foods from all regions of the country. Beca Imports searches every region of Italy to provide only authentic Italian
food products characterized by freshness and natural flavors. They stand true to these values, and are committed to relationships with their suppliers to deliver premium quality products that everyone will enjoy. Since coming to live and work in America, Luca saw that the people here love to experience Italian food culture. However, he felt that the products available to them were not what he thought to be authentic Italian food. Luca’s cousin, Mattia, still lives and works in Italy as Beca’s contact with farms and local producers. Luca and Mattia want to share with the American people the “real” Italian food experience without having to leave their homes.
