Brewing season is back with some updates to the home brewery and shots from the latest brew, a Czech Pilsner!

The early spring weather allowed for some time to get out and develop some new experiments to be made in the past couple of weeks.

Our favorite American IPA currently dry hopped in the back with a hearty Belgian Tripel fermenting on the left.

During the winter months we created a Fruity Mead allowing it to age several months before consumption in the spring and summer.

3 different beers fermenting, from front to back.

1. Best Bitter - A british ale well known for it's balance and bitterness. A highly drinkable beer which is characterized by a generally lower alcohol content but packed with flavor.
IBUs - 30
ABV - 4.7%

2. American IPA - A hoppy and bitter beer which is characterized by showcasing American and New World hop varieties. It's very hop-forward in flavor with a balanced malt base to back it. This IPA features Comet and BRU-1 hops from Yakima Valley Hops.
IBUs - 69.3
ABV - 7.0%

3. American Strong Ale - A strong full-flavored ale that has bold malt and hop flavors. This beer is essentially a much bolder version of the American pale ale.
IBUs - 69.5
ABV - 8.3%

American IPA freshly poured. Well balanced and smooth, it’s turned out to be an easy drinking beer with pleasant bitterness and lovely citrus notes.
