My first attempt at an eggs Benedict. This is my favorite breakfast that I order at restaurants but have been too afraid to attempt to make myself. The sauce didnā€™t break! šŸ˜ it was a bit thick but the taste was amazing. No more paying $14 a plate for something I can make at home. Used the English muffin recipe and also, was on point! sauce

It was an Alfredo sauce kind of night. My son requested this dish so I went out and got some papperdelle noodles, fresh cream, parmigiano reggiano cheese and added some unsalted butter to the mix to create this rich dish. Yum!
