Meet our lovely CFO: Chief Flavor Officer, Lo**ta Sereleas ✨
Trained at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in the Plant Based Program, Lo**ta brings a Mediterranean approach to eating to everything she creates at Trogo. Her menus are deeply inspired by her Greek heritage, global travels, kitchen collaborations, and the people she cooks for every day.
At Trogo, Lo**ta is passionate about making plant based dishes shine just as brightly as any other offering — and along the way, she’s slowly converting even the most dedicated carnivores.
Outside the kitchen and raising her two boys, Lo**ta is also the Founding Partner of FUND Consulting, where her work centers around economic justice and healthy food financing.
