I had leftover calories to spare from breakfast so I used regular ranch. If I did not have the extra calories to spare, I would use a low-calorie ranch or a Greek yogurt ranch!

Day 14/45! Tonight’s dinner: Bbq ranch chicken wrap and some delicious roasted veggies! I used sugar free bbq sauce and a lavash flatbread for the wrap which only has 120 calories. One of my goals for the 45 more challenge was to eat more meals at home AND more veggies. I hope you all are sticking to your goals! If not, it’s not too late to get back on track!

Day 2/45 - are you sticking to your “mores”? Show me some proof in the comments! Here’s my proof for the day. More movement/steps. My first time hitting 4 miles on the treadmill 🤩 going to work my up to 5!
