How I’m starting my Wednesday morning.

1 -Bye Bye Covid Shot. (I always bring extra for my coworkers)

Breakfast -24oz. of jungle juice (No solid foods for breakfast)

Lunch- 24oz. of jungle juice with a salad and and baked yam/squash.

Afternoon snack-16oz of jungle juice.

What’s jungle juice?
Any leftover fruits and vegetables that I need to get rid of. In this case the ingredients are.
