If we’re being honest…

There’s still self-doubt.
Still butterflies before a big launch.
Still have days where the inner voice isn’t so kind.

But here’s what’s been learned:
Confidence isn’t a prerequisite.
Courage is a choice.

You don’t need to be fearless.
You just need to move anyway.

👠 One step at a time.
You got this.

This June in Atlanta, our founder Tamara Turner took the stage at the 2025 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit with one message:

✨ Do. The. Cakes. First. ✨

Start bold. Start scared. Start anyway.
Claim the silver spoon that’s been yours since day one.
Lead with heart. Build with fire.

This isn’t just a speech.
It’s a movement.

From small kitchen batches to stages with industry icons…this is what happens when you go all in on the thing you believe in.
