Grief is a process that has no structure or boundaries. You have no control over what you need, when you need it, or how long you'll be in need. The heart is very fragile, and when it's hurting and broken, you have to be delicate when mending it. To have support, love, family, and friends to help you process it is a blessing that is priceless.
This weekend fed me so much love, light, and joy. While imperfection is something we can't remove, family is a blessing we have the opportunity to gain.
