Yesterday, I heard "For Whom the Bell Tolls," which got me thinking of the Authors on the Lake show I hosted with Lars and Greg. That led me to thinking of Enter Night, the beer. I may have asked the question and never got a true answer: "What were other options for the name?" Open to hearing your input here. "Master of Pellets." "Saaz But True." I have so many. What about you? Cheers to hoping we can get back to fun stuff like this again some time soon.

Introducing “Food, Booze and Tunes: A Live Interview Show Hosted by Cleetus Friedman”

“Food, Booze and Tunes” is a monthly series of live interviews, food and beverage pairings, Q&A sessions and more with some of today’s greatest personalities. Hosted by Chef Cleetus Friedman, the series will feature prominent from chefs to fiction writers, and more where discuss food, booze, music and the entire creative process.

“After last season's show with Greg Koch and Lars Ulrich, I realized there is a commonality of eating, drinking and music that inspires all of our creative processes. It is these topics of conversation that the audience has connected with, and it is these topics that will give jumping off points to bigger conversations,” Friedman says of the show.

Show will run monthly on Wednesday nights from October through March at 7pm
