8 years ago I made one of the best decisions of my life. The journey of being a chef has been nothing but an experience of compiling seasonal tastes, with a Chicago flare and a French palate. I’ve been babying Pinch of Salt for 4 years now getting my feet wet and learning how to grow in the business. I want to thank all those who came out to celebrate my 4 year mark on Saturday, and even the ones that couldn’t make it. It was all to showcase and give appreciation for the growth of Pinch of Salt.
