💪🏽Taco La Adelita
The Pancha Villa of all tacos. She’s an aim well, shoot-sharp, kinda taco. Skirt steak grilled along with onions, then blasted with mojo de ajo—an oil dressing common in Veracruz charged with garlic, Mexican oregano and orange. Loaded on warm corn tortillas and topped with salsa, showcasing the serrano’s fierce heat and green pepper flavor. Ping! Ping! Ping! Wachale!
🐷 Taco Cochinita
The queen bee of kick-nalga tacos. Ay caray! She’s been around since before your ma’s ma, and before her ma’s ma and her ma’s ma. Cochinita pibil is an iconic dish of Yucatan. The pork pibil is slow cooked for hours wrapped around banana leaves until it is fragrant and melts at the prick of a fork. It is then wrapped in tortilla along with searing-hot salsa habanera and pink pickled onions.
🦐Taco Camaron a la Diabla
You know that saying, “more fish in the sea” — she is ALL the fish in the sea. This tempting and provoking dish, also known as diablo shrimp or Mexican deviled shrimp, features juicy shrimp covered in spicy + bright red chile pepper sauce wrapped in corn tortillas, then topped with our house jalapeño cabbage + carrot slaw.
