Easy pickled Red onion 🧅

1 medium red onion thinly sliced
1 cup of water
1 cup of white vinegar or 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs salt
3 Tbs maple syrup
1 bay leaves

In a small sauce pan combine water, vinegar, salt, maple and bay leaves, stir until the salt dissolved.

Place the sliced onion in a glass jar and pour the hot brine until the top.
Let it cool for 20 minutes, then cover and place it in the fridge.

It can be stored up to 10 days in the fridge.
I'm always doubling the quantity, because it's so good on anything 😄

12 fun and energetic women helped cut, slice, toss and saute a fabulous dinner. A great time was had by all!

It's been almost 2 years since my both kids diagnosed with Celiac. The food dishes was easy to adjust!

The baking process was more challenging🙏 after trying so many different flours and recipes, I'm happy to add to my menu, Gluten free bread, cheese Calzon/sambusak, buns stuffed with ground beef. Pm for order and prices.

And if you needs some Tips how to use gluten free flour just sent me a message ❤️
