Michael Altshuler is the driving force behind AlterImage Confections, an artisan confectioner that specializes in handmade toffees, caramels and brittle. (Folks who attended last September's Bacon Takedown at Lincoln Hall probably know Altshuler as the guy who passed out bacon maple caramel.)
