PEACHY CORN PASTA SALAD RECIPE BELOW ⬇️

Like if the end of summer had an official pasta salad… I think this would be it

1 bag of pasta, cooked and cooled
4 ears of corn, lightly roasted with some butter
2-3 peaches, chopped
1 pack of prosciutto, crisped (you could also use cooked + cooled bacon pieces, too!)
1-2 handfuls of fresh basil, chopped
1 container poppy seed dressing
Black pepper and granulated garlic, to taste
OPTIONAL: salt, but I thought the prosciutto added enough for my liking!

SUMMER SANDWICH SERIES: peach prosciutto + burrata

Grab your favorite loaf of bread, add slices of prosciutto and peaches. Add some arugula on top and then right before serving break some burrata on top and add a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Honestly some of my best work, if I do say so myself.

PEACH-A COLADA RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ 🍑

It’s still summer for me, so you can keep your pumpkin spice (arguably forever I’m not the biggest fan) while I still have summer cocktails.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz dark rum (or white rum if you want a lighter flavor, or mix them and do 1 oz each!)
1/2 oz peach liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
1 1/2 peach puree (I blended a peach with a little bit of water)
1 1/2 oz creme de coconut
