FAT WASHED/INFUSED GIARDINIERA VODKA
5 oz vodka
1-2 tbsp Giardiniera
Put in freezer for 24 hours.
Strain and it’s ready to use!

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Giardiniera vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz olive brine
