There hasn't been an update to the dvd training materials since 2009 (with info from 2007 adding to the 2005 Food Code update). I had been told a couple years ago that new dvds/videos were being developed. It'd be great to have that resource available at some point. What's the status of that? And why is something that is soon to be 4 updates out-of-date still being offered? That's a lot of money to be shelled out and then still have to additionally train to all the changes that have happened since then.
