Papa Charlie’s makes Italian Beef the way our Grandma Brunella made it: lean cuts of select beef seasoned and slowly simmered in the family’s secret gravy recipe. The result is a deliciously tender, traditional Italian Beef experience that families have enjoyed for generations. (Including our family!)
