Ever since my encounter with the Easy Bake Oven and Frosty SnoCone Maker, I’ve known that cooking is my ultimate passion. Spending many years in the corporate structure where I never did quite fit, I’ve found that my love of great food and talent for cooking and entertaining has finally found it’s place. stepped outside of my culinary comfort zone this weekend when i was asked to make dessert for a marriage celebration for two of my friends. i decided on a truffle trio and here are the results. salted caramel, ancho chili infused and semi sweet with roasted pecans. i made 95 and there were 4 left at the end of the party. i think it was successful.

hey everyone i've been laying low for a while but thought that this would be a great way to jumpstart my page. i have decided to go meat free for the month of march and will be trying my hand at and posting pictures of some vegetarian dishes in the upcoming weeks. wish me luck and Bon ApPTREEt!
