Thank you to all who joined us Saturday for our annual Daisy Cutter In Bloom celebration. Having Allagash, and particularly Rob Tod and team, was an honor. As always, it's great seeing so many familiar faces — our family, friends, industry partners, coworkers old and new, and people who have been joining us in the ancient art of letting loose for nearly twenty years. The perfect accompaniment to the In Bloom afterglow, Bailey's Marvel is 5.5% Mango Pale Ale that takes a familiar Half Acre pale ale shape and steers it straight into the fruit pit. We kept the base soft, the bitterness low, and used a small citrus push to brighten the mango character without turning the beer sweet. It’s light in color with a slight haze, big fruit aroma, tart mid-palate, and a dry finish. Expect mango, lime zest, peachy stone fruit, and a little mango Jolly Rancher snap.

Available in 16oz 4-packs through the shop and on draft in the taproom.

We’ll be closed before the party, then open at 2pm at Balmoral. Please enter through the taproom.

Daisy Cutter In Bloom comes with a small field kit this Saturday.
We’ll have limited event-only merch at Balmoral, including the 2026 In Bloom tee, 5-panel rope cap, 32oz Nalgene, wooden keychain, and 16oz Rastal glass, all reflecting this year’s Half Acre & Allagash artwork through daisies, wheat, woods, rivers, and campsite energy. We’re also hiding a crown, daisy, and wheat within the party space for a scavenger hunt. Once found, bring the object to the shop to claim your prize.

Bailey’s Marvel means mangos, and once you pop the top, fresh fruit stand fumes exude from the can, plucking you out of whatever world you were traversing and dropping you in the middle of a grove at peak season. This beer puts the “ahhhhhh” in mango, pouring light gold that sings in the sun, with a crispy summertime foam that quickly and politely makes room for your first sip. Mango puree and citrus swing in circles, concentrating a stone fruit light beam through the House of Pale Ale with the clarity of natural flavors. What comes through is a bright balancing act in the glass, and a primo pairing for the patio.

Daisy Cutter In Bloom – this Saturday, June 13 from 2-10pm at Balmoral with our friends from Allagash Brewing Company.

Start the day with the Daisy Cutter In Bloom glass special. Pick up the limited shaker pint at the entrance and put it to work across a day of Daisy Cutter, Daisy Cutter Crown, Double Daisy Cutter Evergreen, Allagash pours, Half Acre releases, and a few beers that exist for this event only.

Out and around the In Bloom grounds, we’ll have flash tattoos from Velvet Rose Tattoo Club, flower crown making with Printer's Row Floral Studio, Fotio photo booth, scavenger hunt, backyard games, DJs, kids’ activities, Dark Matter Coffee, lobster rolls, lobster fries, s’mores, limited merch, and Maine energy running through the whole place.

Daisy Cutter started as a beer and grew into a yearly excuse to gather around and celebrate the season with people we love making beer with.

Free to attend. All ages. Dog friendly in the Beer Garden.

Around here, there is a certain space between seasons, when spring still has a crispness but the patio is already calling. We wanted to fill this space with delicious beer for any moment, so we brewed In The Main – a rustic lager carefully careened off the energy mountain of a Maibock. Deceptively crushable at 6.2% ABV, it pours deep gold flickering amber, with honeyed biscuit, toasted sourdough crust, lemongrass lift, and subtle malt sweetness softening a bright, bitter noble hop edge. A winding beer for shifting weather, long tables in tree shade, sparkling river reflections, and whatever branches your year is taking.

Available now at the taproom on draft and in 4-packs of 16oz cans through the shop.
