This Week’s CSA share includes:

Here are a few simple ways to enjoy this week’s harvest:

🥗 Big Summer Salad
Combine the lettuce mix, sliced radishes, roasted or shredded beets, and green onions with your favorite vinaigrette.

🌿 Garlic Scape Pesto
Blend garlic scapes with olive oil, nuts (walnuts, pine nuts, or almonds), parmesan, lemon juice, and salt. Toss with pasta, spread on sandwiches, or use as a marinade.

🥬 Sautéed Kale & Garlic Scapes
Quickly sauté chopped kale and garlic scapes in olive oil with a pinch of salt for an easy side dish.

🔥 Roasted Beets
Roast beets until tender, then pair with goat cheese, walnuts, and greens for a delicious farm-fresh meal.

Join us at Adama Farm for an afternoon of flowers & creativity. You’ll create your own bouquet using fresh-cut, locally grown flowers, then spend the afternoon painting surrounded by the beauty of the farm.

Your ticket includes:
• Bouquet making workshop
