Want to know more about our time in Lyon, known as the gastronomic capital of France? It is also known as the home city of Paul Bocuse (1926-2018), one of the most renowned French chefs in history. (Sadly his Institut will be under construction in 2025).

Activities may include:
- A guided walking tour of Lyon
- A walking tour of La Croix Rousse (from poverty to gentrification)
- Exploring the famous Halles Bocuse
- Visits to museums and churches
- Dinner in a bouchon restaurant, which is a traditional lyonnais restaurant)
