Protein Plate with Smoked Salmon, Mozzarella and Avocado 🥑🍳🐟

A fresh, complete and colorful breakfast to start the day well!

📝 Ingredients:

2 large eggs

1/2 ripe avocado, sliced

3 to 4 slices of smoked salmon

1 scoop of fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 medium tomato, sliced

A handful of pea sprouts or young shoots

Paprika or chili powder (for the final touch)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon of olive oil or butter (for cooking eggs)

🍽️ Steps:

1️⃣ Cook the scrambled eggs:

Heat the olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour them into the pan and stir gently until they are just taken. Remove from heat.

2️⃣ Set the plate:

Arrange the scrambled eggs on one side of the plate.

Add the slices of smoked salmon, avocado, mozzarella and tomato around the eggs.

3️⃣ Season and serve:

Sprinkle the mozzarella (or avocado) with a little paprika or chili for more flavor.

Add pea sprouts or micro-shoots for freshness.

A perfect combination of a juicy steak, perfectly seasoned shrimp, creamy mashed potatoes, cheesy broccoli, and a soft dinner roll. This hearty meal is sure to impress!

📌 Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme

For the Shrimp Skewer:

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)

Bacon bits (optional, for topping)

For the Cheesy Broccoli:

2 cups broccoli florets

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Dinner Rolls:

4 soft dinner rolls, store-bought or homemade

🔥 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Steak:

Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.

Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness. Let them rest before serving.

2. Prepare the Shrimp Skewer:

Juicy, buttery, and full of flavor—this dish is a seafood lover’s dream baked to perfection!

📝 Ingredients:

🦀 2 lbs crab legs (king or snow)
🧂 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
🍋 1 lemon, cut into wedges
🌿 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

🧈 For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
🧄 4 garlic cloves, minced
🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
🧅 ½ tsp onion powder
🔥 ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
🌶️ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
🥄 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🍯 1 tsp honey (optional)
🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Thaw crab legs slightly if frozen.

2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic for 1 min until fragrant.
Stir in paprika, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper flakes, Worcestershire, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Simmer 2 mins, then remove from heat.

3️⃣ Prep Crab Legs:
Place crab legs on foil-lined baking sheet.

Armoricaine Sauce with Squid (Without Wine)

Ingredients:

500 g of squid

100 g of butter

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

100 ml of vegetable or fish broth (replaces white wine)

1 bouquet garni

300 g of canned peeled tomatoes

20 cl of fresh cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Clean the squid and cut them into slices.

2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

3. Add the chopped onion and chopped garlic. Fry until golden brown.

4. Pour in the vegetable or fish broth and let it reduce for a few minutes.

5. Add the peeled tomatoes, the bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Mix well.

6. Add the squid to the sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes.

7. Remove the bouquet garni and add the fresh cream. Mix well and let it heat for a few minutes.

8. Serve hot, accompanied by rice or bread.

BLACK FOREST CREAM ROLL CAKE
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Sponge:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
For the Cherry Cream Filling:
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cherry pie filling (or chopped fresh cherries, sweetened)
For Topping (Optional):
Extra whipped cream
Whole or halved cherries
Chocolate curls or shavings
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 10x15" jelly roll pan with parchment.
2. Make the Sponge Cake:
In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale (about 5 mins). Stir in vanilla and milk.
Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture gently. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 10–12 minutes.
3. Roll While Warm:
Turn cake out onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar. Remove parchment.
Roll cake up with the towel (short end to short end). Let cool completely.
4. Make the Cherry Cream Filling:
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in cherry filling.
5. Assemble:
Unroll cooled cake, spread with cherry whipped cream, and roll back up (without the towel).
Wrap in plastic and chill at least 1 hour.
6. Finish and Decorate:
Dust with powdered sugar or frost with whipped cream.
