If you're craving comfort food, this Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake is a creamy, cheesy delight that will please the whole family! 😋🍝✨

Ingredients:
- 1 lb rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 jars Alfredo sauce (15 oz each)
- 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, both jars of Alfredo sauce, garlic Parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, and if the mixture feels too thick, stir in a bit of reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.
3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. If you love a nice golden crust, uncover and broil for 2-3 minutes, but keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before digging in, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if you’d like a little pop of color!

If you’re craving something sweet and tropical, this Hummingbird Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting is just the ticket! 🍌🍍🥜✨

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease up a 9x5-inch loaf pan with some flour.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set this dry mixture aside for later.

3. In a larger bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix it all up until it’s nice and smooth.

4. Stir in the crushed pineapple and mashed bananas until everything is well combined.

5. Gradually fold in your dry ingredients, mixing just until blended. Don’t overdo it! Gently fold in the chopped pecans for a little extra crunch.

6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and pop it in the oven. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.

- 1/2 lb crab meat (imitation or lump)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg white (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
- Sweet chili sauce, for serving

Directions:
1. **Prepare the Filling:** In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
