Before officially launching Honey in the Rock Café, I originally hoped to do a small family & friends soft opening first 🥹💛

But as many of you know, summer events book up VERY quickly — and when this opportunity unexpectedly opened up, I felt like I needed to jump on it.

So while this may technically be our first public event, please know how deeply grateful I am for every family member, friend, supporter, prayer, encouragement, share, message, coffee test taste, and conversation that helped get us here.

You all have been part of this journey long before the first event ever happened ☕️🍯

This isn’t replacing a family & friends gathering at all — we still absolutely want intentional time with the people who’ve supported us from the beginning.

And truly, I would LOVE to see familiar faces there 🤗💛

You are all more than welcome to come out to the market, support, hang out, and let us serve you at our very first event 😀

I’m honestly just thankful we finally get to open the window and serve ☕️

Thank you for cheering us on through this entire process. Truly🙏

✨ Welcome to Honey in the Rock ✨
Honey in the Rock was born from faith, resilience, and the belief that even in the hardest places, something sweet can still be found.
This mobile café is more than coffee on wheels—it’s a space for pause, warmth, and connection. Every cup is crafted with intention and care.
After a season of building quietly behind the scenes, we’re finally ready to start sharing as the truck comes together and this dream moves closer to becoming a reality.
We can’t wait to serve handcrafted espresso drinks, cozy seasonal favorites, and moments that invite you to slow down and taste & see the goodness right where you are.
