Hey everyone is Jimmie Barrington just wanna let you know that we had Shelly‘s graveside service today in Emporia, Kansas and next Tuesday the second at 1 PM at the Gateway to Hope Church in Chickasha Oklahoma on S. Norridge Rd. will be having a memorial service in her honor, the church will be serving lunch beforehand for anybody who wants to be there Anyone has stories about Shelly they wanna share the rest of us would probably love to hear them. thank you for all your support.

I changed history in this little town of Gulnar, Colorado yesterday 9/8/24. The Spirits of Gulnar sign has been here for years prior to that it was a bar and prior to that it was the post office of Gulnar.

Now if is officially Bodywerx Fitness
Not without lots of blood, sweat and tears along the way and help from lots of friends and family.

Currently at 800 Reps for the push-up challenge. Halfway through July and a little behind the curve so I am going to have to step up my game with 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening for a week and get caught up.

Goals written down become a plan!
A plan put into place becomes action!
Action becomes change!!
Small change over time becomes success!!
