“…let it be according to your word.” #14 of 18 in the Christmas series. God knew the heart of Mary when he chose her to do such an amazing important task. But Mary wasn’t forced to do it…she chose it according to what she knew about her God. She truly trusted Him and this crazy plan. She was “all in”. She was also one of the only ones who followed Jesus all the way to the cross. Most everyone else hid or bailed out…but she was there to the end. She had birthed him, raised him, followed him and then watched him die a horrible death….yet still trusted God through it all. She was an amazing example. Because of her faithfulness …true love was able to enter the world and carry out the task that would give us all a chance at the most beautiful life…not just here on earth but forever and ever.
