🚨🚨Feed Update! 🐔🦃🪿🥚

After thinking it over, I decided to go with neither option. 😊

Instead, I’ve decided to support a local farm right up the road from us and purchase feed for our chickens, turkeys & geese from them! 🌾❤️

So there will be NO price increase! 🎉

Chicken eggs will remain $5/dozen 🥚
Goose eggs will remain $1 each 🪿
————————————————————————————
🥚 HELP ME DECIDE! 🐔🦃🪿

I’m considering making a change to the feed I use for my chickens, geese & turkeys, and I’d love to hear from my egg customers! ❤️

First, I want to be clear that I have NOT had any issues with Purina All Flock feed. My birds have done great on it! I’m simply looking into switching to Nutrena NatureWise Organic All Flock because I’d love to potentially reach and include more customers who prefer organically fed eggs. 🌱

Because my chickens, geese & turkeys free-range together and have access to everyone’s feed, I have to be very careful with my feed choice. An all-flock feed is a must for my setup since I have both males and females together.

The organic feed is more expensive, which would mean:

🥚 Chicken eggs: $5/dozen → $6/dozen
🪿 Goose eggs: $1 each → $2 each
🦃 Turkey eggs: $2 each → $3 each (we will have turkey eggs hopefully by spring!)

Before I make the switch, I’d really like to know what YOU think!

If I switched to organic feed, would you continue buying my eggs? ❤️

And if you don’t currently buy eggs from me, would organically fed eggs make you more interested in becoming a customer?

I’m trying to figure out whether making this change would help me reach more customers while still keeping my current egg customers. Your honest feedback would really help me decide! 😊
