We're constantly working on and trying new flavors and finding ways to make Kissel Custom Meats different from the ordinary Meat shop.

This week again we have been busy making jerky so we are happy to introduce two more flavors to the Kissel Custom Meats Jerky Line up!

Sweet Chipotle Jerky
A combination of Sweet, Smokey and Chipotle heat. It's got the sweet and spicy balance that will keep you reaching for another piece!

Colorado Beef Jerky
A classic beef jerky flavor that leads strong with smokey and peppery notes!

We’re always experimenting with new flavors, and today we’re putting a very small test batch of our Honey BBQ whole muscle Beef jerky to the test!!

Last year we made a few batches of this and then tried making ground/formed jerky but it just wasn't quite right .This is a new recipe we’ve been working on, combining a sweet honey flavor with that classic BBQ taste. We’re excited to see how this first batch turns out!

If this batch turns out as good as it smells, would Honey BBQ Jerky be a flavor you’d want to see at Kissel Custom Meats?

This week we wanted to highlight one of our favorite Brats! If you haven’t tried our Smoked Gouda & Dill Bratwurst yet, you’re missing out!
