Understory Farm and Forage We are a small market garden located in Cinebar, WA. We practice no spray and no till methods to sustainably produce fruit and vegetables.

You can find our produce at the Packwood Farmers Market and the Chehalis Farmers Market.

Did you know you can eat the flowers of most Brassicas? This is kale rapini, similar to sprouting broccoli and just as delicious. We’ve been eating ours for a little over a month. So easy just leave your kale plants on over winter then have a feast come early spring!
