We’ve been working toward offering our popcorn pre-popped and ready to eat in several different flavors- salted butter, kettle corn, and chocolate drizzled caramel corn.

Here’s a video showing the popcorn cleaning and sorting process before packaging!

When we use the term “cleaning”, it means we are simply separating the kernels themselves from all other unwanted materials including dust, pieces of the popcorn plant, and broken kernels that get mixed with the kernels during harvest. There is no washing or disinfecting needed, since the kernels are largely untouched by us, and all the equipment we use has been steam cleaned, which allows us to offer you an entirely natural food product!

🍿Did you know you can make delicious, crunchy home-made kettle corn on your stove at home?

All you need is-
•A sauce pan or pot
•1/3 cup popcorn kernels
•2 tablespoons white sugar
•2 tablespoons oil (we prefer clarified butter)

Set your stove on medium heat, anything higher will risk burning the sugar. Add oil and kernels, then wait until they start to pop. Remove lid and quickly dump in sugar, making sure to shake the pot every few seconds. When there are 2-3 seconds between pops, quickly dump into a bowl, add a little salt, and toss. As the popcorn cools the sugar will harden, and that’s all there is to it!
