We are at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market for the new season and we have a brand new product... Popped Popcorn! We cook it in coconut oil and butter and season it with nutritional yeast and salt. We've been giving out samples for several months now and we've had SO MANY requests to sell it already popped so we listened to our customers and started offering it! It's $5.00 a bag or bundled with other products, you can get it for $2.00! Come by and try it... You'll love it! 😋

Elevated Apiary--one of our fellow vendors at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market in Colfax, NC. We sometimes use their honey when we make our popcorn cornbread for samples here at the farmers market.

We just got back from a trip to Georgia to get our popcorn Stone-Ground into Popcorn Grits, Popcorn Cornmeal and Popcorn Flour! We go to Georgia because the farmer who operates the grist mill there ONLY grinds corn products (NO WHEAT = NO GLUTEN!) All the mills that are local to us also grind wheat products and we don't want to cross-contaminate our products so we go the extra mile (or, shall I say the extra 400 miles round-trip) to keep our naturally gluten free products clean!
