We have our homemade elderberry syrup ready for sale! It is made from locally grown (mostly wild) elderberry and 100% unsweetened grape juice. It has been through the canning process and will last well over a year. Once opened it needs to be refrigerated. We do not put any extra preservatives in it so I cannot say how long it will last in the fridge, I have kept mine open well over a month and it’s fine. You can also pour it into ice cube trays and freeze it so you don’t waste it. The standard dose is 2 tablespoons twice a day, although we take more when sick. Elderberry is a fantastic for boosting your immune system, is an anti-viral (flu anyone???), helps with allergies and so much more! Our price is $20 for a quart, $10 for a pint, and we are now offering half-pints for $5. We can make arrangements for local pickup but we aren’t able to ship it.
