Teach Em Young!
Our newest fresh cow went down with milk fever 15 hrs after delivering her calf. I decided to make this a learning opportunity for my almost 9 yr old. She assisted in the IV process and learned the clinical signs of milk fever and how to treat it. Proud of my kids for wanting to learn as eagerly as they do.
P.S. we dress for comfort during chore time 😂
