Canned Classics is the brainchild of its founder (chief cook and bottle washer!), Gail Scaramuzzo. For over thirty years, Gail has been creating gourmet treats for her family and friends. She always had a business plan in the back of her mind, but working full time while raising a family didn’t leave a lot of time to implement the plan. Last year, Gail decided to leave her full time job and pursue

her long-time goal to create a home business that would provide homemade treats for those who didn’t have time to create the products themselves. But, it doesn’t mean that the home it’s made from has to be yours! Canned Classics gourmet treats are perfect favors for weddings, showers and parties as well as fundraisers, holiday and hostess gifts. Not to mention an added treat at your dinner table. Gail prepares the items in small batches with the freshest ingredients. Her kitchen has been inspected and passed the rigorous requirements for licensing by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. The products offered are gluten-free and fat-free, as well as being delicious!

Hi, Everyone!
Easter is almost here ande Canned Classics is ready to fill your holiday table with Homemade treats from our home to yours! We will be at the South Side Farmers Market this Saturday, April 13th to fill your orders and have a visit with you. As a surprise bonus, we will have a limited supply of one of your favorites... Awesome Applesauce! Come early before it's all gone!

It's Gail, the Chief Cook and Bottle Washer at Canned Classics. It's November, and the holidays are fast approaching. Don't forget. Canned Classics makes a great holiday gift idea. Hostess gifts, stocking stuffers, gift baskets, teachers’ gifts, and, of course, a delicious addition to your holiday dinner table.
Give us a call at 570-241-2014 and pre-order your treats soon. You can pre-order and pick up all your gourmet products at Canned Classics (call for specific directions) or, if you order 4 or more jars, local delivery is free.
No matter what holiday you celebrate, they're all better when you celebrate with homemade treats fresh from the farms in our area. Remember, Happiness is Homemade… and all our treats are prepared at our home so we can share the happiness from our home to yours!
I will have Perfectly Pickled Beets, Classic Corn Relish, Sizzlin' Salsa, Chunky Chili Sauce, Bread and Butter Zickles, Cranberry Apple Chutney and.... TA DA! a limited supply of Dill-icious Green Beans.
I would recommend that you call and pre-order your treats soon, since there is a limited supply of all the products.
Just a note, a new addition to our offerings is our fundraising capability. Call us to discuss your fundraising opportunities. We have had several variations, and they have been a huge success.
