Lemon Drop Diablo has arrived!
This one is a nice, light citrus forward medium heat sauce that is silky smooth and screams for seafood. It is actually great on just about anything!
I have 54 bottles available.
Flavor Profile:
• Opening: A radiant burst of lemon and agave, with the lemon drop chilis leading a citrus-forward charge. Champagne vinegar adds sparkle and lift.
• Mid-Palate: Sweet onion and yellow bell pepper mellow the heat, while ginger and turmeric bring warmth and a subtle exotic edge.
• Finish: Garlic and mustard seed add savory depth, with heirloom tomato rounding the acidity. The tequila reduction leaves a smoky, herbal echo — like a devil’s whisper after the flame.
Texture & Color:
• Smooth and pourable, with a golden hue that glows like molten sunlight.
• Slight pulp from the fermented vegetables gives it body and rustic charm.
Aromatics:
• Bright citrus, sweet pepper, and fermented funk, layered with ginger spice and a faint tequila haze.
