These two make it hard to choose! Both are limited, specialty items and gift-worthy for sure. Luckily, if you hurry you can snag them both in the taproom today!

The Polymorphous Wild Sour isn’t your typical sour. It is a true Wild Sour made from our own wild yeast harvested right here by us. Once the fermentation process was complete we took it a step further and let it sour and age appropriately in a barrel. This took time.. years.. and then it was perfectly aged wild sour at 7.7%. It won the Silver Medal at the 2026 US Open B**r Championship! There is nothing else like this. It’s unique for sure and we’ve bottled it in a perfect 12oz size.

The Wi******er Bourbon Ale Brewers Select is reminiscent of the Wi******er you know and love (Bronze Medal Winner at the 2025 World B**r Championships) but this small batch was aged in Garrison Brothers Oak Barrels. It finished aging to a slightly higher ABV of 9.9% with the flavor profile picking up more Oak and Vanilla notes characteristic of the Garrison Brothers crafted Bourbon. This one is in a 22oz wax-dipped bottle.

We gave the tap wall a serious revamp this week!

🔥 FOUR brand-new sours hit the top of the board, inspired by some of our favorite muscle car colors:
💙 Grabber Blue Razz💙
❤️ Rally Red Cinnamon Fire 🍬🔥
💛 Daytona Yellow Spicy Pineapple 🍍
💜 Plum Crazy 😜 complete with the metallic flake 🎆

Then we loaded up for a month-long Oktoberfest celebration with Hefeweissen, Schwarzbier, FestBier & Oktoberfest. 🍻

And don’t worry — we kept some favorites flowing too: Summer Vacation, Freedom Red Ale, Struggle Bus & our award-winning Wi******er Bourbon Ale.
