BBQ sauce: “Southern Sweet”- A classic BBQ sauce with a kiss of heat with chipotles “Hot, Sticky, Sweet”- Take our Southern Sweet and add a little kick in your pants! This blend is made with fresh chilies that are in season with a little extra chipotles. “Uncle No-No’s Blend”- XX HOT! This is our hottest blend with a mixture of ghost chilies, habaneros, and serranos. Dixie Dust: “BBQ Dixie Dust”- A twist on a classic Southern rub. Great on pork, beef, chicken or fish “Blonde Dixie Dust”- Your go to blend! This blend has your standard spices like salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Can be used on whatever you BBQ heart desires “Cajun Dixie Dust”- Use this for grillin’ up that seafood you love. But beware! It does have a kick ;)
“Chicken Scratch”- Not your average chicken food! This mixture is used to top off any kind of sandwich you desire. It consists of pickled veggies and chilies. This too has a sweet kiss of heat. Rumor has it this is also delicious on fish! Order some, and let us know what you like it on! Candies: “G.G.’s Chocolate Candies”- Allergy: MADE WITH NUTS! This sweet treat has three types of chocolate and a hint of vanilla “Bourbon Salted Carmel Pops”- Need a little trip down memory lane… Like say childhood? These will take you there! Enjoy salted carmel pops with or without the hint of Bourbon. Jams: Year around jams will include; Pepper Jelly- the classic sweet and spicy! Seasonal Jams will include; Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, and Boysenberry

COMING SOON! We are now working on coming out with glazes for your everyday protein! We hope to have to you a Habanero-Mango and a Chipotle-Berry glaze before the end of this summer season (2013)!
